1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
 
Domestic Shipping within the US: We charge for shipping based on the value of your order.  Please see our shipping amounts below:

Orders from $0 - $59.99  $7.99
Orders from $60 - $99.99  $12.00
Orders over $100 FREE SHIPPING
 

 

International shipping:  Please contact us at INFO@SUZANNEBELLOWSJEWELRY.COM for international rates and exclusions.
 
2. PROCESSING TIME
 
Orders handmade works of art and are processed within 5 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
 
3. CANCELLATIONS
 
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
 
4. RETURNS
 
Returns will be accepted within 30 day(s) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. For more information, visit: https://suzannebellowsjewelry.com/pages/returns-and-refunds
 
5. DELAYED ORDERS
 
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
 
6. DAMAGED ORDERS
 
Suzanne Bellows Jewelry is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
 
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
 
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.  
 
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We try to shop as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is posted. You can also log in to your account right here to track your orders.

How are my items packaged?

We take every opportunity to package our jewelry in a safe yet sustainable way. If you encounter any issues upon arrival, just contact us immediately to discuss returns or exchanges.

Can I view my tracking info from my Account?

Yes! Log in to your account by clicking on the account icon at the top of the site. All the information from your previous and current orders will be listed within your account dashboard.
